I’m not a designer — can I really create a professional website myself?
YES 👏 YOU 👏 CAN! We’ve meticulously designed these templates to be easy for non-designers and non tech-savvy people to easily edit and customize. Our mission is to provide beautiful and high-converting plug and play designs. If you can upload a photo and paste in some text (with the help of our handy tutorials!) then you can customize your design and launch it into the world.
And you are not alone, we are here to support you every step of the way.
What's included with my purchase?
After purchase, you will receive instant access to the download template file and an email with instructions to access the video tutorials.
How customizable are the templates? Can I add/remove/change sections?
The templates are 100% customizable. The video tutorials inside the Elevate Launch Academy show you how to easily add your brand colors and fonts, update photos, change text, add, remove and rearrange sections on your website and more so that you can customize it to your heart’s content.
What platform are these templates for?
These templates are for the WordPress platform using the powerful Elementor page builder ONLY. WordPress is free to use, and an Elementor Pro license is required to use the templates.
They will not work on Showit, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify etc.

Yes! WordPress is the best place to start and grow your online coaching business because your WordPress website can grow with you. Many of our private clients come to us with DIY websites on platforms like SquareSpace and Wix, and as their business has grown they find they have reached the limits of those platforms.
WordPress allows you to add literally any functionality, customization and integration you can think of. It integrates with every email list builder, course platform and automation software out there.

Can I use these templates for a client?
Yes! Agencies, website designers, and developers can purchase these templates for use with client projects.
There is a one website per template purchase limit. Please purchase a template license for each website for which you plan to use the template.
How long will it take me to set up and customize the template?
We’ve had people go through our installation and customization tutorials and launch their site in ONE DAY. Of course, you don’t have to do it this quickly, but we are saying it is possible to literally go live TODAY with your website.
What do I get after I complete my purchase?
You will instantly receive an email with your login credentials to access the Elevate dashboard where you can find all of your template files and the Elevate Launch Academy course with step-by-step videos on how to purchase your domain, set up hosting, install your templates and get customizing!

Are the fonts and photos included?
Google fonts are included and free for you to use. Any fonts that are not Google fonts require a license for you to use in the template. All photos need to be replaced with your own pictures, which is a good idea anyway to show off your brand!
Each template contains custom instructions to purchase fonts if needed.
And don’t worry, we’ll show you exactly how to upload custom fonts
What kind of customer support is available?
Each template comes with a suite of tutorial videos inside the Elevate Launch Academy showing you exactly how to install and customize your template. And if you have any questions at all, help is always available at hello@elevatesiteshop.com.
We also offer template installation and customization services.
Can I use this with an existing WordPress site?
YES! We show you exactly how to install just the pages from the template that you want to use and you can continue using the rest of the pages on your current website exactly how they are now.
Do I need to know how to do any coding or HTML?
Nope, not a bit! Even our own in-house web designers don’t do any coding. You can edit and customize every piece of your website using the simple drag and drop website editor.
Are there any additional costs?
Every website on the internet needs a domain name which costs about $10/year. You also need your virtual address, also known as hosting. We recommend Siteground for hosting which costs about $15/month.
Lastly, you’ll need an Elementor Pro license (currently $59/year)

What platform will you use to build my website?
We build all of our websites on WORDPRESS. Why WordPress? Because it is the longest-standing website building platform on the internet. This staying power also means that it has the most robust options for SEO.
Will I be able to easily update my new website?
YES. We use the most popular drag-and-drop pagebuilder out there called Elementor. With our custom tutorial videos, you’ll be able to edit and update every piece of text, every image, colors etc. with ease.

We will be customizing your chosen website template from the template shop with your logo, color palette, copy and images. Click here to view the template shop
We do not design brand new sections or recreate layouts from scratch. We can, however, add/remove/rearrange existing elements from the template to customize the flow of your website.

What will I need to get started?

Are the fonts and photos included?

How many revisions do I get?
We will go through one revision round for each deliverable. Because of our signature brand discovery strategy designed to expertly extract your vision for your brand, this is plenty for 99% of our clients to perfectly nail their vision.
Do you write the copy for me?
We will provide you with a detailed Copywriting Guide that walks you through exactly how to write every word of copy for your website so that it is optimized for your desired call to action. We can also pair you up with our copywriting expert if you’d like to receive support writing your website copy.
What if I want to add additional custom pages not mentioned here?
We can add additional pages for you! Here are the most common requests:
- Blog Page and Blog Post Customization: $500
- Podcast Page and Podcast Customization: $500
- Additional Sales Page: $1000
- Other Additional pages: $500

What if I have more than one sales page?
Build that product suite! We can create additional sales pages as part of this package for $1000 each. You can also duplicate the one sales page we’ll create for you and customize it yourself using our suite of tutorial videos.
Are there any additional costs?

Lastly, you’ll need an Elementor Pro license for $49/year.
What’s your refund policy?
This service is non-refundable since we will be immediately sending you our signature brand strategy bundle and booking out a week of our time for you in the calendar which means we will be turning away other clients for that week.
Once the project begins you are responsible for paying the full amount for the project.

Are the fonts and photos included?
All fonts and photos used in the template are included as part of your free Canva account. No licensing necessary.
