Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Elevate Site Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover your use of elevatesiteshop.com (the “Site”) and Elevate Site Shop products, including any related products and services (together, the “Program”).
By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or buy the Program.
1. Who Can Use the Program
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms for that business.
2. What You’re Buying
The Program is a digital, self-paced course and toolkit. Depending on the option you choose, it includes some or all of the following:
- DIY with Guidance (one-time payment): a professionally designed website template, step-by-step video tutorials, a brand kit (logo, color palette, typography), a copywriting guide and prompts, a brand photoshoot guide, and matching social media templates.
- Website Fully Managed (System + Done-for-You Monthly Management, subscription): everything above, plus website installation, managed hosting, daily backups, security and plugin updates, domain connection, included premium software, and any bonuses listed at the time you buy.
- Website In A Week (custom service): we build your website for you as custom work, as described on the sales page when you buy.
What’s included in each option is what’s described on the sales page when you buy. We may improve, update, or replace Program materials over time. If we do, we won’t take away the core deliverables you paid for.
3. Waitlist and Founder Pricing
Joining the waitlist is free and does not require you to buy anything. Founder pricing, launch dates, and bonuses are offered for a limited time and may change or end without notice until you actually buy.
4. Payments and Payment Plans
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any taxes that apply are added at checkout.
- Payment plans: If you choose a payment plan, you’re agreeing to pay the full total, and every installment will be charged automatically to your payment method when it’s due. A payment plan is not a subscription, and you can’t cancel it partway through. If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, we may pause your access until your account is up to date.
- Website Fully Managed: This plan renews automatically every month and is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@elevatesiteshop.com or through your account. See Section 5 for cancellation and refund terms.
- Missed payments on Website Fully Managed: If a monthly payment fails, you’ll have a 14-day grace period to bring your account up to date, and we’ll try to contact you during that time. If payment isn’t resumed within those 14 days, we’ll begin the off-boarding process and send you your site files.
- Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We’re happy to sort things out. If you file a chargeback for a purchase that was delivered as described, we may suspend your access while the dispute is open.
5. Refund Policy
All of our refund and cancellation terms are in this section. To request a refund or cancel, email hello@elevatesiteshop.com.
Elevate Site Shop DIY
- You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase cannot be processed.
- If you’re on a payment plan and request a refund within 14 days, we’ll refund the installments you’ve paid and cancel the rest.
- When you receive a refund, your access to the Program and your license to use the templates and materials end (see Section 6).
Website Fully Managed
- You can cancel at any time. Your service continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Partial months are non-refundable.
- When you cancel, we’ll transfer your website files to you.
Website In A Week
- Website In A Week is custom work. Once you pay, your spot is reserved and your payment is non-refundable.
6. Your License to Use the Materials
When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program materials to build and run one website, along with its brand and social media, for your own business.
You may:
- Customize the website template, brand kit, and social templates however you like for your business
- Keep and use the website and brand you build for as long as you like, even after the Program ends
You may not:
- Share your login, or share, resell, give away, or distribute the course videos, guides, templates, or brand kits
- Use the templates on more than one website, or to build websites or brands for clients or other businesses, without our written permission. If you need multiple sites or want to build sites for others, email hello@elevatesiteshop.com and we’ll talk about options.
- Sell or offer the templates (or anything substantially similar) as your own product
- Remove copyright or trademark notices from the materials
If you break these license terms, we may end your access without a refund.
7. Who Owns What
Our stuff: The Site, the Program, the videos, guides, templates, designs, and the Elevate Site Shop name and brand belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Other than the license in Section 6, nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of them.
Your stuff: Your business name, logo customizations, written copy, photos, and other content you add to your site belong to you. You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to use everything you add, including photos, fonts you upload, and any text you didn’t write yourself.
Testimonials and showcases: If you send us a testimonial, results, or your finished website, you give us permission to share it (with your name and business name) in our marketing. If you’d rather we didn’t, just tell us and we’ll stop using it going forward.
8. Third-Party Tools and Costs
The Program is built to work with third-party platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, domain registrars, hosting providers, and Canva. These tools have their own terms, pricing, and policies. They aren’t owned by us, and we can’t control changes to them, outages, or price increases. Unless the tool is included in your plan, you pay for it yourself. Some links in the Program are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
9. Website Fully Managed Services
If you’re on the Website Fully Managed plan:
- We’ll host your site, run daily backups, handle security and plugin updates, and connect your domain. We’ll use reasonable efforts to keep your site running smoothly. However, no host can promise 100% uptime, and we aren’t responsible for outages caused by third parties.
- You’re responsible for your site’s content, and for making sure it follows the laws and professional rules that apply to you (for example, licensing, advertising, health, or privacy rules in your field).
- You own your domain. If you cancel (or your plan ends because of missed payments), we’ll send you your site files so you can move your site to a new host. After that, we may delete your site from our hosting. Premium software licenses that are included in the plan end when you cancel.
- We may refuse or stop hosting any site that contains illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
10. Results and Earnings Disclaimer
The client results, testimonials, and examples on the Site are real, but they aren’t typical or guaranteed. Your results will depend on your business, your effort, your market, and how you use the Program. We don’t promise any specific number of clients, sales, income, traffic, or search rankings.
11. Not Professional Advice
The Program is for education only. Anything we share about domains, hosting, software, copy, privacy notices, or marketing is based on our experience and opinion. It is not legal, financial, tax, or technical advice. If you work in a licensed or regulated field, check with the right professional before publishing claims or collecting client information on your site.
12. Community and Conduct
If the Program includes a community, group, or live session, please be kind and respectful. Don’t spam, harass, or share anything illegal or that belongs to someone else. We may remove content or members who don’t follow these rules.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Program are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the Site, the Program, or any third-party tool will be error-free or uninterrupted.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elevate Site Shop and its owners, team members, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, and lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Program will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Elevate Site Shop harmless from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your website content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else’s rights.
16. Ending Access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, share your login, or don’t pay what you owe. You can stop using the Program at any time. The sections on license limits, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and disputes stay in effect even after your access ends.
17. Disputes
If you have a problem, please email us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in a court with proper jurisdiction, including small claims court.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the Site or Program after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. Changes won’t affect the price or core deliverables of a purchase you’ve already made.
19. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and Program. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t waived our right to enforce it later. You can’t transfer your rights under these Terms, but we can transfer ours, for example, if the business is sold.
